Registration for the 2026 in-person festival is now closed.

The in-person festival will be Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds. This festival is open to all metro-area fourth grade classes and homeschool students. Registration is now closed. To register for the 2027 in-person festival, check back around Valentine’s Day in 2027!

A note about registration: There are often more classes interested in participating in the festival than we can accommodate, therefore you are registering your class to be included in the selection process that works to ensure equitable representation. Classes selected to participate will be notified by early May. All remaining registered classes will be moved to a waiting list in the event another class cancels.
